Refund & Transfer Policy

Please carefully review the following policy before registering. By completing your registration, you agree to these terms.

Refunds

  • No refunds are available for this event under any circumstances.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, illness, injury, personal circumstances, or inability to attend.
  • No exceptions will be made, even if a medical certificate or other documentation is provided.

Transfers

  • Transfers to another person are not permitted
  • Transfers to other events produced by Elite Energy are not permitted
  • Transfers are only allowed to another race distance within the same event, subject to the conditions below.
  • No transfers or changes will be permitted within 4 weeks of the event.

Distance Changes

  • Participants may change the distance of their selected race by going to the event page and following the prompts
  • A $10 administration fee applies to all distance changes.
  • If transferring to a higher-value race, the price difference must be paid at the time of the change.
  • If transferring to a lower-value race, no refund or credit will be issued for the price difference.

Event Cancellation Policy

In the event that the event is cancelled due to circumstances outside the control of the event organisers (including but not limited to severe weather, government restrictions, safety concerns, or force majeure), a refund of 75% of the entry fee will be offered to participants.

Final determination regarding cancellation and the implementation of refunds will be made by the event stakeholders, who retain ultimate authority on whether the event proceeds, is postponed, or cancelled.

COVID-19 Policy

Q: Can I get a refund or transfer if I contract or am exposed to, COVID-19?
A: COVID-19 is, and will continue to be, a part of today’s society. Elite Energy will treat COVID-19 the same as any other illness or disease that prevents participation. All cases will be subject to this Refund and Transfer Policy, and no exceptions will be made.

Medical Exceptions

Q: Can I get a full refund if I provide a medical certificate?
A: No. Elite Energy does not offer refunds or transfers based on medical certificates or any other documentation.
